Goods faulty / damaged
Please contact us and tell us about the problem and we will attempt to rectify or issue a full refund.
Fault under Guarantee
Little Chick London guarantee products for 6 months from the purchase date. This covers replacement parts shipped to you at our cost. If you need a replacement part under guarantee, simply contact us with details of your purchase date, place of purchase. If we cannot make good we will issue a replacement.
Guarantee only covers faulty manufacture and excludes a) wear & tear, b) damage due to not following the care label and c) stains or spills.
You changed your mind
Please return the item to us in perfect unused condition within 14 days of receipt. Make sure you get proof of postage and suitable insurance to cover the cost of the goods. Upon receipt we will issue you with a full refund. In this case, the cost of postage is yours
Goods not as described
We include as many photos as we can to try to make sure the description of our items is accurate. However if you feel the item is not as described, contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will collect the item at our cost and issue a full refund
